How to Use Signagel with Truvaga 350 or Truvaga Plus

  1. With your Truvaga device cap(s) removed, apply a small pea-sized amount of gel to both electrodes.
  2. Place the electrodes against your neck, where the vagus nerve is located, and begin your two-minute session.

If you do not feel a tingling sensation during your session, check to ensure you are using enough gel. If needed, apply more gel to the electrodes.

NOTE: Not using enough gel may cause the session to be less effective.
