Description

How to use Signaspray with Truvaga Plus or Truvaga 350

  1. Spray 1-2 pumps of the provided solution where your vagus nerve is located on your neck.
  2. Place the Truvaga device on your neck where you sprayed the solution and begin your 2-minute session.

If you do not feel a tingling sensation during your session, check to make sure you are using enough solution. If needed, spray another 1-2 pumps of solution to the area.

NOTE: Not using enough solution may cause the session to be less effective.
