We offer a 30-day return policy if, for whatever reason, our product did not meet your expectations. Your 30 days begins from the day of delivery. If more than 30 days have elapsed after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Return request must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
- Only available for first-time customers.
- Product must be undamaged.
- Product must be returned in the original packaging with any accessories.
- Truvaga Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
- Replacement orders are not eligible for a refund.
- You are responsible for shipping costs; tracking is recommended.
How to request a refund
Step 1: Complete the return request form below.
Step 2: Once your request is verified by Customer Support, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to complete the refund process. The product must be returned within 21 days of the request.
Step 3: Ship your product to the address provided, and be sure to include your return authorization number. To expedite the process, we recommend you add and provide tracking information for your return.
